Izzo Vivi

.The Vivi is based on the commercial range of espresso machines and is a professional machine that is ideal for the coffee enthusiast. Whether used at home, in a small office, or to provide coffee for customers.

The heat exchanger allows you to both draw espresso shots and use steam at any time, without "preparing" the machine first (like most domestic espresso machines), by switching it into steam mode. A hot water tap allows you to make tea and other hot drinks at any time. It has a solid construction with quality heavy-gauge polished stainless steel panels, metal components throughout and features a professional E61 type group head. Water circulates through the group head and the heat exchanger (thermosyphon), the metal of the group head acts as a heat sink to stabilise the water temperature as you draw your espresso
