I received my machine (EVT100) in good working order and am very
pleased with it.
I was particularly impressed with the steam/vacuum feature when cleaning
my carpet.
It saved a great deal of time and effort compared to other
machines.
I have used which require you to apply steam and then go over
it with a cloth to remove the dirt.
I will certainly recommend your product to others.
